If I order from Ireland is the postage the same?
No not always, once your order has been placed we will email or phone you with the correct amount. Some parts of Ireland are classed as International and would be adjusted only after prior consent from you, the customer
If I am ordering from overseas what is my postage cost?
This is dependant on weight - You can either email us first or you will recieve an email to state what the delivery cost will be and we would check if you still required the parts with the revised shipping quotation
How long will my delivery take?
Our aim is to deliver all stock items ordered within 2 - 3 working days. We will contact you by email if there are any unexpected delays.
How much is the delivery charge?
A delivery charge will be calculated based on the type of product ordered and added to your shopping basket. The standard charge is currently £5.95 for items up to 15KG UK Mainland.
Where more than one product is ordered the highest delivery charge will apply and a discounted delivery charge is made for each additional product ordered. To obtain an exact delivery cost please place the items you are interested in buying in your basket, then click view basket to obtain a total price. You are not required to supply any personal information to obtain a quote in this method.
Who delivers my order?
Either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or another Licensed Courier. If you would prefer to have a Saturday delivery for items we can arrange this for you but at an extra cost. Email us for a quote. Our standard service is Parcelforce 48 or similar
Is there any way I can have the goods delivered to an alternative address?
Yes, orders placed with a Visa or Mastercard card can request an alternative delivery address.
