Who delivers my order?

Royal Mail, UK Mail, City Link, Parcelforce, GLS or another Licensed Courier. If you would prefer to have a Saturday delivery for items we can arrange this for you at an extra cost. Email us for a quote. Our standard service is Parcelforce 48 or similar which means that we aim to deliver your order within approx 3 working days. *UK Mainland carriage is free for orders over £50.

Most UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail or UK Mail usually on a 'signed for' service. If you provide a current mobile telephone number with your order then where possible you may be sent a text message confirming the delivery. If you are not available when delivery is attempted then you will be left a card to rearrange it and we are also notified of the delivery status


Is there any way I can have the goods delivered to an alternative address?

Yes, orders placed with a Credit or Debit card can request an alternative delivery address, for example direct to your chosen repair shop, technician or dealer.

How much is the delivery charge?

We offer Free UK Mainland Shipping for all orders over £50 inc vat. For orders below this amount a small delivery charge will be calculated based on the size and weight of the product. Standard UK Shipping currently starts from as little as £3.50 and will increase depending on size and weight of the package. A higher shipping cost may sometimes apply for Scottish Highland and Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands

Where more than one product is ordered the highest delivery charge will apply and a discounted delivery charge is made for each additional product ordered. How can I track my order ?

If I am ordering from overseas what is my postage cost?

This is dependant on size and weight. International Shipping is currently starts from just £10.00 for USA and £6.00 for EU for small light items. You can either email us first to confirm it or you can simply browse and select the items required from our online catalogue, ‘add to cart’ then click on ‘Country’ then ‘next’ to see the detailed quote and total cost before entering any personal details or payment information

How long will my delivery take?

Our aim is to deliver all stock items ordered within 3 working days although many orders will be delivered next working day depending on location, allow 7 - 10 working days for EU Countries and USA
