I can't find the part I'm looking for, what can I do ?

Check our online store and view the section most likely to have your part listed. If you still can't see what you need then email us a picture and detail of the model that the part is for so that we can try to match it for you to sales@china-parts.co.uk

Do you keep stock items in UK or do I have to wait for delivery from China ?

All of the items showing as in stock on our site for purchase are ready for fast despatch from our UK Warehouse.
We have regular orders continually arriving from China but we do not always accept payment for orders from retail customers which are not actually UK stock items so you can be sure that the parts that you have ordered are actually available

Why do you want my phone number and e-mail address on my order detail ?

We ask for this information both to enable us to supply tracking information for your orders and so that we can contact you in case there is a problem with your order. On rare occasions there can be a problem with the delivery to you or you may have incorrectly entered other details given on your order and we need to be able to contact you to resolve any query.

Note: when ordering online you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please be sure to enter your email address accurately

Why can it sometimes take so long to get my item?

Occasionally there can be a longer delay than expected on a particular item as the manufacturer has been busier than expected and unable to produce the goods on time or perhaps the parts are for a bike or quad which has been discontinued and need to be remanufactured for the order.
There are also occasions where, due to an excessive demand we have simply not ordered enough and the supplier has also sold out. Where possible we will obtain the same item from an alternative source, however, we are not always able to do this and would normally offer a refund in the first instance
We will advise of any expected delays and will do our best to keep you informed as and when we receive updates on delivery from supplier.

How long does it take to process my return or exchange?

We always try and process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible and within 14 days

Is the website secure?

Yes, the final stages of the checkout process are encrypted using SSL technology provided by Actinic and HSBC Secure e Payments. You may also select the Paypal option at checkout. Our servers are regularly scanned by Security Metrics in accordance with PCI Data Security, more information about this can be found at www.securitymetrics.com

I do not like ordering online - can I order by telephone instead ?

Our office telephones can get very busy at times, however we can process your order by telephone occasionaly if needed

Where can I get Insurance for Imported Bikes ?

Minimum 3rd Party Insurance is compulsory for all Road Vehicles including motorcycles and quad bikes but unfortunately getting the right quote for Imported Bikes can be tiring and time consuming. We recomend Rampdale Insurance Brokers because they are specialists with Insurance for Imports and in our experience offer a fast and accurate quote saving time and money.
