Stock does run out as we are one of the few UK based companies in the European Union to carry spares, We have re-orders coming in every 3 - 4 weeks to compensate for this.

|Making A Purchase Making a purchase is simple. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ' Checkout ' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Currency is GBP £ Sterling|
Items ordered for delivery overseas will attract additional shipping costs, full details should be shown at the checkout and will be confirmed by email before your order is processed and shipped.
We accept credit card payment and Paypal. If you are shopping from USA or EU Countries, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euro or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling A delivery charge will be calculated based on the type of product ordered and added to your shopping basket. Standard United Kingdom Shipping is currently starts from just £3.50 plus vat for small items, A higher shipping cost may apply for Scotland Highland and Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands|
International Shipping currently starts from just £10.00 GBP for USA and from £6.00 GBP for anywhere in the EU. Your shopping cart will indicate the shipping & handling charges. You can email us first with your exact location and requirements to confirm it & you will receive an email from us to state what the delivery cost will be when you place your order and we would check with you before processing if you still required the parts with any revised shipping quotation if applicable.
Where more than one product is ordered the highest delivery charge will apply and a discounted delivery charge is made for each additional product ordered. To obtain an exact delivery cost please place the items you are interested in buying in your basket, then click view basket to obtain a total price. You are not required to supply any personal information to obtain a quote in this method.
Who delivers my order?
Either Royal Mail, UK Mail, Parcelforce or another Licensed Courier. If you would prefer to have a Saturday delivery for items we can arrange this for you but at an extra cost. Email us for a quote.
|Delivery Schedule Our aim is to deliver all stock items ordered within 3 working days. Most orders confirmed online before 12.00 will be received the next working day depending on your location. We will contact you by email if there are any unexpected delays. Allow 5- 7 working days for EU Countries and USA|
Damaged, Incorrect Orders or Shortages
China Parts will replace the item as soon as you report the problem to us. Please remember to quote your order number with all correspondence. If we are unable to replace the item, we will refund you in full including shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights
For incorrect, damaged or not as described items, you must notify us in writing no later than 3 calendar days after delivery. We will require that you return the related items back to us either before the replacement can be sent to you, or within 2 working days after the replacement is dispatched, at the discretion of China Parts. We will refund you the return postage only if you include the relevant receipt. The Maximum return postage will be the equivalent cost of Royal Mail 2nd Class "Recorded Signed For" services for up to 1kg. If you are unable to post the item because it is too bulky or heavy, we can arrange a collection upon your request.
If you have not provided all the information that may have been needed for us to determine the parts you exactly require at the same time you place your order, you may receive a part that matches all the information we are given but may still be the wrong part for you. If this were to occur we will not accept responsibility, nor shall we be obliged to accept a return for credit.
If you wish to report an item not received please allow 10 working days for UK orders and 20 working days for international orders following confirmation of dispatch before making a report.
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will attempt to back order or source for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are entered directly into the HSBC Global Payments Gateway or Paypal by you, the customer. You will receive online verification that your order has been processed. No Credit Card information is held by China Parts Ltd|
|Guarantee China Parts Ltd offer a full 12 months retail parts guarantee on all of our products :|
The China Parts guarantee covers the cost of replacement of parts that have been shown as having a manufacturer's fault either by replacement or credit on account at the discretion of China Parts, subject to reasonable conditions and exclusions as stated below. The guarantee is limited to the price paid for the product. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Conditions of Guarantee:
Proof of purchase must be provided
The part MUST have been fitted by a VAT registered and qualified motorcycle workshop or authorized repair centre within 30 days after the dispatch of the item from China Parts. This must be substantiated by a vat invoice which clearly includes fitting the related part;
The motorcycle, atv or scooter that the part was fitted to must have been serviced, maintained, used & stored in accordance with the recommended procedures, best practice or common sense; Claims must be accompanies with a full clearly documented service history.
The engine of the vehicle to which the part was fitted must NOT have exceeded 6,000 miles per year, or 3,000 miles in the first 6 months allowing for a reasonable running in period
Any claims must also be accompanied with the receipt or report from a qualified motorcycle workshop or authorized repair centre which clearly indicates that the part is faulty. The receipt must clearly include the related part, the problem and suggested solutions.
Claims must be made in writing within 12 months after the dispatch of the part from China Parts
Exclusions of the Guarantee:
Any products that are subject to everyday wear and tear and perishable items which include but are not limited to : cables, filters, lights, bulbs, glass, mirrors, batteries, chains, belts, bearings, air cleaner elements, brake pads, brake shoes, clutch plates & discs, levers, sprockets, fuses, motor brushes, tyres, tubes, friction parts, rubber parts
Any labour charges accrued in repair or replacing of the part or vehicle
Any indirect costs that may occur due to the vehicle being out of service, which include but are not limited to: Communication (telephone calls etc), replacement alternative transport, vehicle breakdown collection & delivery.
Any claims for loss where the damage or fault is caused by misuse, damage by the consumer or Mechanic or problems caused by the failure of other related parts
Any parts that have been fitted by or attempted to be fitted by any person other than a qualified motorcycle workshop or authorized repair centre

|Returns Policy China Parts Ltd offer a full 30 Days Returns Policy for all retail customers.|
If you change your mind and are not fully satisfied with your purchase from us then please return it within 30 days of delivery with your proof of purchase. We will refund you in full, including original shipping charges. The product must be in the condition in which it was delivered and where applicable, in the internal transparent packaging with unbroken seals and unused in any way. The Purchaser is responsible for return postage costs.
Digital Download products & User Manuals, where The Company has provided information to the purchaser, may not be returned for refund. All downloaded documents are copyright China Parts Limited.
All returned items must be carefully packaged and correctly labeled, including those collected by courier. If a returned part is damaged in transit due to poor or inadequate packaging then you will be liable for the price of the item.
Refunds can take up to 14 days after we have received the returned item to enter your bank account, and may only be paid back into the account which paid for the original order.
Your statutory rights are not affected in any way
